Do you offer tax planning or legal advice?
Our team can guide you through all phases of production and post-production but cannot provide legal or tax planning advice. Clients are strongly encouraged to retain the services of a competent entertainment lawyer and CPA for all legal and tax matters, including tax credit eligibility.
David Gordian
India-born David Gordian has produced thirteen feature films, including eight treaty co-productions, and was head of sales for an international sales company based in Los Angeles. Gordian entered the film business after a varied career that included working as a journalist, an I.T. consultant and manager of a chain of bookstores. Gordian has lived on three continents and is fluent in three languages. He is based in Toronto, Canada.

Ryan Keller is an entertainment lawyer and producer with extensive experience in production finance and business affairs. He has structured deals and advised producers on productions ranging from independent feature films to multi-million dollar series and international co-productions with major networks and streamers.
